We require a credit / debit card on file to schedule any service. If the required 48 hour cancellation notice is not given your card will be charged up to the full amount of the services scheduled.
We as a salon do not offer refunds on services. If any adjustments are needed, we request that you contact the salon within 7 days following your reservation. Adjustments will be considered complimentary.
We require a Spa Intake Form to be filled out every year or as needed before preforming any spa treatment / spa service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we fear the services you requested will compromise your health conditions.
We can not add gratuity to any debit or credit transaction.
48-hour notice is required for cancellation.
A missed reservation is subject to full payment of service.
